About Kristina

I'm Kristina, an experienced and nurturing childcare professional with 10+ years of hands-on work supporting children from infancy through early adolescence. I have worked in both home and educational settings and is deeply committed to child-led play, fostering emotional intelligence through respectful, responsive care, and developing important life skills through play and loving leadership. I offer a blended approach drawing from my experience growing up in Montessori schools, later teaching in preschools focused in Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf philosophies. I am skilled in designing developmentally appropriate activities and guiding behavior through gentle correction, empathy, and consistent kindness. I am adept in managing daily routines, coordinating family logistics, and supporting household organization.
