I actively listen and observe to understand how each student best absorbs information, then adapt my teaching with visual aids, hands-on activities, and engaging discussions. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging concepts to real-world examples and breaking down complex problems into manageable steps. Communication is key, so I prioritize open dialogue to ensure we're all on the same page. The most rewarding part is witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student's confidence soars.
