About Jenna

I'm a dedicated licensed teacher and English, reading & writing tutor who truly cares about nurturing a love for reading in every child. I earned my Bachelor's in Education from Augsburg University and further specialized in reading at Minnesota State University. I offer one-on-one lessons, student created small groups & homeschool support. All lessons can be provided in-person or online. I take a personalized approach, creating custom lesson plans that fit your child's unique needs and learning style. I carefully select engaging, high-quality books that align with their interests, making reading and learning enjoyable. Whether it's phonics, decoding, fluency or comprehension, I will create a plan to help your child grow in their skills. When requested, I incorporate writing into lessons.
