About Laura

Hi, I'm Laurie! I enjoy caring for children of all ages. As a student, I babysat for several families with school-aged kids. I was also an assistant art teacher at children's creative summer camp, and a volunteer ESL teacher. For most of my 20's I was an international flight attendant, where I often cared for families with young children and children traveling alone. I enjoy arts and crafts, cooking, reading, music, and spending time outdoors. I also love pets! Currently, I work from home full-time M-F, so I am only looking for part-time opportunities in the evenings and/or weekends. I am fully vaccinated, take covid precautions (masking in public, avoiding indoor public dining, etc.), and would prefer to work with a family who does the same.
