Parents, please think carefully before trusting this person with your family. I hired her for a paid three-day Spanish language immersion trial for my children. We confirmed everything the night before, so there was no confusion about the date or time. The next morning, she never showed up. No phone call. No text. No explanation. When I tried to reach out to make sure she was okay or find out what happened, I discovered she had blocked my number instead. Let that sink in. As a childcare provider, emergencies happen. People get sick. Life happens. She even could have simply changed her mind and decided we were no longer a good fit. Parents understand that. What is unacceptable is confirming a job, disappearing without warning, and then blocking the family you made a commitment to. This left me scrambling for childcare at the last minute after arranging my schedule around her commitment. Families rely on nannies because children need consistency and dependable care. This level of unreliability creates unnecessary stress for parents and instability for children. Based on my experience, I found her to be extremely unprofessional, inconsiderate, and completely unreliable. I would never trust someone who handles professional commitments this way with my family's childcare.
