About Phylicia

Hi families! My name is Phylicia, founder of Little Miss Phy & Co., a childcare service dedicated to providing safe, nurturing, and reliable care for families. I have over 10 years of experience working with children from infancy through school age. I hold an A. S. in Early Childhood Care & Education, multiple TCC certifications, and I am CPR/First Aid certified. My approach focuses on creating a supportive environment where children feel respected, safe, and encouraged to grow. I enjoy engaging children through arts and crafts, music, movement, reading, and hands-on learning activities. I have experience with tutoring, potty training, school drop-offs/pick-ups, meal prep, and creating consistent routines. I recently returned to Florida and am currently growing my nanny services while connecting with new families. I'm available 7 days a week, including weekends, evenings, overnights, holidays, and school closings.
