About Laila

I've been a childcare provider for the past three years because I'm passionate about helping children grow and develop. I'm patient, kind, gentle, accountable, and respectful, and I have experience caring for children of all ages. I take my responsibility as a caregiver seriously and am always looking for ways to make a positive impact on the lives of the children I care for. In my role, I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for children to learn and play. I believe in open communication with parents and will provide written daily reports and verbal communication at pickup to ensure everyone is on the same page. I am also comfortable enforcing household rules and following the parents' lead in this regard. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and only speak English.
