About Laila

I've been working with children for the past three years, and I love helping them grow, learn, and have fun. I'm a trained ABA therapist, patient, kind, and reliable, and I've cared for kids of all ages. Being a caregiver is something I take seriously, and I always try to make a positive impact on the children I work with. I focus on creating a safe, nurturing, and playful environment where kids can explore and enjoy themselves. I value open communication with parents, providing daily updates and chatting at pickup to make sure everyone's on the same page. I also follow household rules and parents' guidance to keep consistency for the children. I enjoy playing all kinds of games with kids from outdoor sports to board games and fun learning activities. I have a car, I'm comfortable around pets, and I speak English.
