About Manar

Hi! I'm Manar, and I've been caring for children since high school through babysitting and helping raise my 9-year-old niece. I love creating a fun, safe, and positive environment where children feel supported, confident, and free to be themselves. I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology and experience working in residential treatment facilities and group homes, supporting children and teens with behavioral challenges, developmental disabilities, and mental health needs. These experiences taught me patience, compassion, effective communication, and how to stay calm under pressure. I enjoy arts and crafts, baking, reading stories, outdoor play, homework help, and encouraging emotional growth by helping children understand their feelings and build confidence. My caregiving style is calm, energetic, and flexible, and I always respect each family's routines, parenting style, and household rules while giving children a caring, dependable presence.
