About Emma L

Hi! My name is Emma. I have been babysitting since I was 12 years old and am currently 21. I am a psychology student and working with children has always been one of my greatest passions. I have worked as an ABA Behavior Technician providing therapy to children with autism, founded a virtual dance program during the pandemic, worked as a summer camp counselor, and cared for children through babysitting. My approach to childcare is highly child-attuned. I strive to create an environment where children feel physically and emotionally safe, understood, and encouraged through kindness and empathy. I believe in balancing warmth and support with appropriate structure and boundaries. I can provide transportation, homework help, meal preparation, housekeeping, and special needs care.
