Somatic-focused postpartum support (overnights available) for mothers navigating the fourth trimester. I am a birth doula offering infant care, maternal nervous system grounding, emotional support, and newborn attunement. I specialize in helping high-achieving women move through the perinatal transition with softness, safety, and autonomy. Please note: I am not a nanny or long-term childcare employee. I am a trained support professional (doula), offering nervous-system-informed care for mothers in the postpartum phase and part time care for infants. My first job after graduating from NYU was as a Spanish medical interpreter. On my very first day, I was called to interpret for a birth. The woman sounded terrified, but no one understood her. And it broke my heart to hear the trembling in her voice and not be able to comfort her. I'm a doula because I believe women deserve to be safe, supported, and defended in our choices.
