About Erica

Hi, my name is Erica but please call me Ricki. I am an early years nanny, specializing in working with infants, toddlers, and multiples under 6 (though I have experience with all ages). I am also an indigenous birth-worker, and work with families throughout the perinatal period: pregnancy, birth, and after! My strengths are working with "littles", children who are sensitive, have high sensory needs, co-regulation, and supporting siblings of the same or different ages. I have previous experience teaching at The Goddard School, and I'm also certified to teach English as a Second Language. I work with families part time, short term, and/or intermittently.
