Hi there! My name is Kylie, and I have over 10 years of paid experience caring for children from newborns to 13 years old. I'm also a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with hands-on experience working 1:1 with children who have developmental and behavioral disabilities. My background has given me strong skills in patience, communication, and understanding each child's individual needs. I recently became a mom myself to a sweet 3-month-old baby boy, who I would love to bring along with me while I care for your little one(s). Having my son with me will not take away from the attention or care your child receives - if anything, it adds another layer of love, nurturing, and social connection. I'm passionate about creating a safe, fun, and structured environment where kids feel loved, supported, and free to be themselves.
