Hi, I have been nannying for families for the past 10 years during the day, as well as over night. The youngest being 3 days old, and the oldest being about 14 years old. Tiara watched our 8 week old daughter overnight and did an excellent job. She has a calm and quiet demeanor, but still exuded enthusiasm in caring for our infant. She arrived early, which I always appreciate. She is a good listener in terms of remembering and following instructions, and she responded quickly to baby's needs. I was able to get a good night's sleep, and I highly recommend her.
