Kim was very passive aggressive and didn't do anything she wasn't interested in doing. She did always show up on time and when committed to. She could not/would not follow through with minor tasks asked of her and would always do for the kids instead of teaching them to do. She had no clue how to handle minor conflict with a child or adult. I would not recommend hiring her.
