About Kimberly

I'm an experienced childcare and youth development professional with a background in early childhood education, teaching, museum education, and youth program leadership. I have worked with children and families in a variety of settings over 7 years and genuinely love creating environments where children feel safe, supported, engaged, and encouraged to be themselves. I'm comfortable caring for children of different ages and personalities, helping with homework and school routines, preparing meals, organizing creative activities, managing transportation and activities, and maintaining consistent routines. My experience as a preschool teacher and youth program manager has also given me a strong understanding of child development, communication, behavior management, and working collaboratively with parents.
