About Darlene

Hi! My name is Darlene, and I'm a high school graduate in Yonkers, NY, with over 6 years of experience being around and caring for children through family and work. I have experience working at BusyBees Daycare, assisting with children ages 7 months to 4 years through the Summer Youth Program, and tutoring young children ages 5-7 with their early reading and writing skills. Through these experiences, I've developed patience, communication, organization, and the ability to help children feel comfortable, safe, and supported. I enjoy helping children learn, keeping them engaged in fun and age-appropriate activities, and supporting their daily routines. I'm passionate about growing my career in childcare and would love the opportunity to support your family by providing caring, dependable, and attentive babysitting. I'm available to start immediately and would be happy to learn more about your family's needs. Thank you for considering me!
