About Killian

I'd describe my personality as patient, compassionate, engaging. I love working with kids because I can support their development while keeping it fun and engaging. I love giving children a space to be their authentic self and express their interests. I started working with kids as a swim instructor for the YMCA. I continued with that career path and have worked at a highschool and elementary school. I am also in college for education with a career goal of working as a behavior analyst for young children. In my spare time, I like to paint, sew, and craft. I love kayaking and swimming in lakes. I am always trying new things and going to new places. One thing you should know about me is I have been Right Response trained to de-escalate and prevent situations from escalating. This allows me to be extremely observant and aware of children's needs and to support them patiently. I also have my CPR and First Aid certification and my Para-Educator certification.
