Kerry worked as a nanny for our 2.5 year old son. We had a super positive experience working with Kerry and would recommend her to others in a heartbeat! Kerry is incredibly proactive and knowledgeable. She prioritized safety, providing us with a CPR booklet to keep in our diaper bag and exercising caution whenever she was with our son. She not only was a great caregiver, ensuring our son was safe and well taken care of, but also brought a great deal of enrichment and intentional learning into our routine. She, for example, initiated a lot of different art projects, sensory activities, and learning about letters and seasons. She was very active with our son, as well, taking him out on adventures to the park, library, and museums locally. She introduced him to new foods and experiences daily, which we really appreciated. Kerry was always very communicative when with our son, as well, sending text updates, photos, and videos of their time together so that we were always in the loop and informed. Kerry was very communicative outside of working hours, as well, and accommodating of schedule changes. When we relocated to have our second child, Kerry stayed with us for two weeks and helped us to potty and sleep train our son. She was very diligent and thoughtful in her approach, supporting us in instilling new routines with him and tailoring the changes to his temperament. We are so grateful we’ve had the opportunity to work with and get to know Kerry, and we trust her as a great resource and teacher to our children.
