About Keilan

Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is why I became a caregiver. I'm friendly and energetic, and I always have a smile. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, and I always follow their preferred communication method. When connecting with care recipients, understanding their preferences and personal history is important to me. I have experience de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion and agitation, and incorporating memory care activities into care. I have one year of experience, some college education, and First Aid Training. I provide transportation, run errands, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals.
