Luz is absolutely phenomenal. She took care of both of our elderly parents and she was incredibly caring, thoughtful, and reliable throughout the most challenging situations. She genuinely cares about her clients' happiness and wellbeing and is always looking for ways to make their lives more enjoyable while also keeping them healthy and safe. She is proactive in thinking about her clients' needs but always checks in with you to make sure everyone is in agreement about what would be best for them. Luz took care of our parents like they were her own. She is the kind of caregiver you would be lucky to find once in a lifetime.
