I am a 34-year-old homeschooling mama of two young children looking to care for a couple children in my home. I am happy to include them in our Charlotte-Mason style homeschool rhythm. We have a 1/2 acre backyard and spend ample amounts of time outside enjoying nature. I am happy to provide food - we focus on local, organic, whole-foods as much as possible.

I have nannied 20+ children, and babysat 25+ children on a consistent basis. 6 of them have special needs such as non-verbally communicative, autism, ADHD, objective defiance disorder, sensory processing disorder, diabetes, fetal alcohol and fetal meth addictions. I have cared for newborns - teenagers. 3 of the newborns were triplet baby girls. I have taught children to read, tutored a full range of academic subjects and piano, managed extracurricular activities and lessons, meal preparation to accommodate varying diet restrictions, and transportation.

Kayli helped me when I had triplet girls, plus 3 young & active boys. She handled all the kids & chaos beautifully . She is amazing! Even after I moved to another state, my husband offered to fly her in so we could take a vacation. Your kids would be so lucky to have Kayli in their lives. 

Kayli is fantastic. I have known her for 10+ years and trust her with my children. She cares deeply about creating a welcoming, safe, and fun environment for the children in her care. She puts a lot of thought into the activities that she facilitates, ensuring they are both enjoyable and educational. I 100% recommend Kayli as a caregiver. 

How can I explain how wonderful Kayli is?! Kayli was our nanny when our kids were two and six months old. We were so nervous finding childcare, but Kayli made the transition easy. Our children warmed up to her in the first hour that they met her. She is so thoughtful about the environment she creates for the children in her care. She reads to them, sings and dances with them, teaches them skills like caring for plants and the earth, and makes everything fun and magical. She knows how to redirect a tantrum. She knows how to gently make a sleepy but angry toddler nap. Kayli is a star and you will be lucky to hire her! 

Kind, creative, and dependable, Kayli does an excellent job caring for my 2 girls ages 4 and 7. She is a wonderful and trustworthy caregiver!

I had a good feeling about Kayli from our first telephone conversation. She is eager and responsible, and seems truly committed to working with the family as part of the family. My kids all really like having Kayli around and I like coming home to happy kids and a clean and orderly house.

Kayli was unbelievable! I was fortunate enough to use her on I believe was he first babysitting job in Columbus, OH. Kayli was unbelievable with my 2 1/2 year old. She was sweet, kind and wasn't afraid to dive in head first. I've already been speaking her praise around my circle of friends, but felt the need to let everyone else know how great she was. 

Your little ones would be very, very fortunate to have Kayli watch them. I highly, highly recommend her and can't wait to use her again.

Kayli is the most capable, qualified, dependable, fun and all around terrific nanny we have ever used. My kids love her and we do too! So sad for us she moved to another state. There will be some lucky kiddos in Ohio.

We refer to Kayli as "Super Kayli" around our home. She has been part of our family for over 4 years, and I can not say enough fabulous things about her. 
Her time with our girls is more like camp for them. She keeps them entertained with crafts and adventures, makes sure to encourage them and keep them laughing. She has cared for them when they are sick and we were out of town, and my mind was at ease knowing she was there. She is firm when needed and always makes certain they clean up after themselves. 
Any family would be lucky to have Kayli watch their little humans, she is truly magnificent and has a gift with children. 

Kayli has been babysitting our boys for the past 3 years.  My children absolutely adore her.  She is responsible, punctual, warm and friendly.  She will exceed any expectations you ever considered as to what would be the 'perfect' babysitter.  

She has been regularly babysitting our three boys - which is no easy feat for anyone!  I have a seven year old, four year old, and 15 month old.  What I love most about her is her natural ease with children and her confidence in caring for them.  

The quality I would most use to describe Kayli is kind.  The kids instantly feel comfortable with her.  She plays games with them, reads to them, etc.  While it was never expected - I appreciated that she would clean up the dishes or toys that were left out from the evening . . . tidy up the playroom, etc.  

She always carefully followed our established bedtime routines for the boys.  She will correctly follow any directions that are left for her.


Kayli is absolutely amazing and any family will be lucky to hire her. Kayli has loved and treated both of my babies as if they were her own. We are excited for her new adventures in Ohio, and hope she meets great, kind people like herself. 

We found Kayli to be our nanny after an exhaustive search.  I knew from our initial meeting that she would be the one for us.  Kayli took care of my children as well as (and in some cases better than) I did.  She was also very dependable taking care of guinea pigs, fish, and a Great Pyrenees.  We have stayed in touch since she stopped working with us.  Kayli's special gift was taking care of me as well, by being completely connected to the children's moods, health, interests, abilities, and personalities.  She makes others feel special and was able to balance all of that without letting anyone feel left out.  She was truly part of our family and others would be fortunate to have her become part of their family.  She is a strong advocate for the children in the family without usurping parent's roles.
