About Allison

Hi! I am an experienced caregiver with over 10 years of childcare experience, including working with infants. I'm a Registered Behavior Technician with 2 years of compassionate, play-based therapy for children with autism. I've been a piano teacher for kids ages 5-15 and a rock climbing coach for ages 3-18, including competitive teens. I've nannied children with Down syndrome, autism, Spina Bifida, and Type 1 Diabetes, and supported adults with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. I've volunteered with the NAC teaching kids with disabilities to rock climb and spent two summers in Uganda caring for babies and teaching English at an orphanage. I love helping kids have fun, play actively, and engage creatively-without relying on technology. I enjoy getting to know families and bring patience, love, and respect to every child I support. I'm also happy to do occasional overnights and weekend care. I look forward to meeting your amazing family!
