Ashley is, in my opinion, the perfect nanny. She gave both my kids her full attention when they were in her care. She was always fully engaged, laughing, reading, talking, telling stories, doing pretend play, etc. My 3 year is a handful and my 10 month old loves attention. Both kids really respond best to someone who is personable with them and treat them as individuals. They loved her company and she even knew the best ways to be firm with them/discipline them to get a positive response. I wouldn't change anything about how she cared for my children. Ashley is also very punctual, professional, trustworthy, tidy and she has a super caring demeanor. She is creative on how to use their time together. I would hire her again in a heartbeat if we lived in the same state.
