For the past nine years, I've been dedicated to helping students unlock their full potential. With a graduate degree, I tutor students from elementary school through college in subjects like math, English, and science. I also assist with test preparation and study skills. My tutoring philosophy centers on creating an engaging, supportive, and patient learning environment. I assess each student's unique learning style through active listening and varied teaching strategies. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to their interests, celebrating successes, and encouraging curiosity. Communication is key, so I provide regular updates to students and parents. The most rewarding aspect is witnessing those "aha!" moments. I have a car and am available to tutor at your home, a teacher's home, online, a library, or a coffee shop. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I would love to help you foster a love of learning!
