I'm a career nanny seeking a part-time (20 hours) position in the Buffalo area (Tuesday-Thursday , 7AM-6:30PM). After 4. 5 years of traveling and living in different states, I'm excited to be back in Buffalo for good. I'll be available December 8th. 

With 10+ years of childcare experience, I've worked in daycares and private homes across the U. S., caring for children from 6 weeks to school age. I'm infant/child/adult CPR & AED certified, have reliable transportation, and am pet-friendly. I create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children thrive.

Kayla is simply amazing - hire her and don't look back. I work from home so I've seen firsthand how well she works with our children. She worked with us for nearly a year, starting when our two children  were 4 months and 2.5 years and the impact on family happiness was immediate. She's incredibly sweet,  brings art projects for our toddler to work on, takes them on trips to museums/zoos, and reads the many many books our younger child requests. Kayla has been the most amazing addition to our family over the last year. She is moving to be closer to home otherwise we would love to have her stay on as our nanny. Kayla has been beyond a blessing for me and my son. It’s hard to even put into words but firstly my son absolutely adores her. She cared for him from about 4 months to 11 months. She takes care of him as if he were her own…plays with him, helped him with developmental milestones and they did tons of crafts together. Her organization and tidiness helped me tremendously, she really kept my house going with laundry, meal prep and light cleanings on a regular basis. Kayla is dependable and always on time. She is trustworthy and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for myself and my son with Kayla. This process can be difficult and scary at times but Kayla put us at ease and most importantly took excellent care of my son, I’m sure she will be the perfect fit for your family as she was mine :)

Kayla is an excellent caregiver. She is professional, skilled, caring, and reliable.  She is extremely patient with our 2.5 year old son and chocolate lab and seamlessly fit into our family. As 2 working parents in busy and demanding jobs in medicine, it is vital to us to have someone that we trust. Kayla was always on time, easy to communicate with and very flexible.

Kayla is the best nanny that you could possibly hire. She joined our family when my baby was three months old. I was not emotionally ready to go back to work (although I work from home), and I was very worried because my sweet baby was a “crier.” Kayla not only took wonderful care of my baby, but she became my friend and helped me through the tough transition. Kayla possesses a rare blend of professionalism, warmth, and genuine care that sets her apart. 

Kayla took detailed notes about our girl's daily activities and learned to read her sleepy and hunger cues almost immediately. She was fantastic at comforting and running distractions when our little girl was upset. She arrived promptly each day with a smile on her face, and ready to work. My husband and I are deeply grateful for her - we dread the day that she leaves us. Kayla is absolutely wonderful. She is trustworthy, punctual, creative, sweet, dependable and goes way above and beyond with childcare. 
My two girls (4 and 2) LOVE Kayla and ask about her daily. They wait by the window for her arrival and the second she gets here, a smile never leaves their face (mine either). She brings art projects, gets them outside, reads to them, and so much more.

I can’t say enough good things about Kayla and the care she has provided for my baby, Gia!! She has taken care of her full time from 3mo to 11mo and I couldn’t imagine anyone else helping me through this transition. She is very knowledgeable on all stages/elements of children/childcare and handles things extremely well under pressure. As a first time mom everything can feel a little daunting but Kayla’s care made the days a breeze as I never needed to worry about my baby. Kayla was always consistent and on time (8am every day through rush hour traffic) and was always available if I needed her outside of working hours as well. She is an extremely dependable and kind caregiver and I would recommend her to anyone! Our family is eternally grateful for her and I know you will be as well! We love Kayla!!

Kayla is the best nanny we have worked with yet. She is extremely punctual, trustworthy, pleasant and great with our toddler and infant. We felt assured our kids would be happy and safe with her.

Kayla watched our two children ages 2 & 5 for two months while our normal childcare was unavailable. Our younger child never wanted us to leave and Kayla was great at diverting his attention to something else. We plan to keep in touch for future opportunities.

Kayla has been an amazing help with our 9 month old. She has kept my daughter on the schedule I requested with ease and has been great about providing any requested updates. Kayla is amazing. Our family felt so comfortable with her and my child loved her! She is very responsible, reliable, and overall a really kind person. Our family will miss her so much!

We loved having Kayla watch our two boys for the past 7 months. The only reason she no longer watches them is because she moved, we were sad to see her go! Kayla started working for us when I went back to work after maternity leave, and very quickly caught on to our routine and the boys' personalities and cadences. Our youngest was only 2 months old at the time, and the transition was easier than I'd anticipated due to Kayla. Our three year old is great but he is also very much a toddler, Kayla did a great job being patient and having fun with him, but also staying calm and firm if he was pushing back on things like food, nap time, etc etc. She juggled the needs of both kids really calmly and smoothly, did a great job keeping them on schedule, and took really clear notes about their days so we knew how long they had napped/when the baby had last eaten and so on. Her next family will be lucky to have her!

Kayla has been helping me with my children for over 5 years. Kayla is kind, respectful and a great woman to be around! I never worry when Kayla is watching my children! And best of all, my children love spending time with her and always have fun!
