Hi, I'm Heather! I'm the oldest of 8 siblings and have 20+ years of childcare experience, including babysitting, nannying, and family childcare. I've cared for newborns through teens, including children with special needs, behavioral challenges, and medical needs. I'm experienced with multiple children at once. I'm loving, patient, dependable, and compassionate. I provide safe, positive care while respecting each family's routines and parenting style. I can help with meals, diapers, bedtime, activities, and light cleanup. I have reliable transportation, don't smoke, and am comfortable with pets. I'm available weekdays and some weekends for regular or occasional care. My rate is $16/hour, but I'm open to discussion. References and background checks are welcome. I'm also working toward CPR certification.
