About Kathleen

Hello! I'm Kate an experienced caregiver for children, adults and seniors with variety needs such as mental health concerns, psychical disabilities, and developmental disabilities. My goal is to provide holistic support to meet the child and family where they are at and support autonomy as much as possible for the individuals. I believe this can be done by fostering a safe and fun environment with structure and relational support. I have worked with adolescents with eating disorders in a treatment facility for two years, and have a focus in education supporting students from a variety of backgrounds with developmental disabilities in their studies. Additionally I have worked in home with children with autism and one on one with seniors in home providing companionship. With a Master in Social Work I am to be adaptable to the variety of needs individual or family may have and am ready to use my tool box to meet them (and learn more)!
