About Karen

I am a dedicated childcare provider and mindfulness educator with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from my home country. My passion for working with children began early in my career and has continued to grow through years of hands-on experience supporting their emotional and developmental needs. Currently, I am a certified mindfulness life coach and sound healer, offering mindfulness classes for both children and adults in yoga studio settings. I love creating safe, nurturing environments where children can express themselves, build confidence, and develop emotional awareness through gentle guidance and mindful practices. I am deeply passionate about supporting others with care, presence, and knowledge, helping each individual feel seen, valued, and empowered.
