From 1998-2019, I successfully homeschooled my 4 children K-12. Their college majors/minors: CPA/finance, Business/Marketing, Business/Sociology, and Chemistry/Art. All received 90% to full-tuition scholarships. The NAEP test scores (1992-2022) show that only 1/3 of all 8th graders in the U.S. reach proficiency in math/reading. I'm very successful with ETC, a phonetics-based curriculum that establishes reading/comprehension at the 4th grade level in 2 years or less. Singapore is a world-class curriculum that moves from concrete (hands-on), to pictorial, then to abstract, helping children build a solid foundation in math skills. MY PASSION: Charlotte Mason methods: 1. Art/journaling to stimulate/enhance brain function & creativity. 2. Developing lessons based on a child's interests using literature, science, nature, history, & geography. I want children to become the best version of themselves with the reward of making life-long learning THEIR PASSION! Let's do it! Private or pod!
