About Kathleen

Hi! I'm Kathleen. I have a master's degree in Early Childhood Education and experience caring for children from infants through teenagers. I'm also a licensed foster parent, which means I've completed extensive fingerprinting, checks, specialized training, and ongoing continuing education in child development, safety, and trauma-informed care. I genuinely enjoy getting to know children and figuring out what helps each one feel safe, comfortable, and confident. My approach is gentle but structured, with care tailored to each child's personality, age, and needs. I also have experience caring for neurodivergent children. I'm dependable, patient, and believe childcare should be about more than simply keeping kids safe. I want children to feel seen, valued, and cared for while they're with me.
