Hello! I'm Jess! I am 34 years old. I'm a caring, dependable babysitter with 8 years of experience as an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician). My RBT background has given me strong skills in supporting children's communication, social skills, independence, and emotional regulation. I'm experienced with creating structure and routines, using positive reinforcement, and patiently responding to each child's individual needs. I've also been babysitting for a family since April, but their childcare needs have changed, so I'm looking for a new family who would be a great fit.
