I'm a compassionate and dependable childcare professional with 7 years of hands-on experience working with children in both daycare and ABA settings. I have experience as a childcare provider and RBT, supporting children with a wide range of developmental, behavioral, and communication needs. My skills include child supervision, age-appropriate activities, classroom management, positive behavior support, functional communication, reinforcement strategies, social skills, toileting and hygiene, meal routines, safety awareness, de-escalation, and behavioral data collection. As an RBT, I have implemented individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision while helping children build independence and confidence. I believe every child deserves patience, consistency, structure, and compassionate care.
