I have worked with children my whole career. I hold a bachelor's in psychology. I've completed child development and exceptional education coursework. I have previously held infant, child, and adult CPR/First Aid certifications. I would be happy to re-certify for your comfort and the safety of your children. (I know first hand the importance of these trainings, having successfully performed the Heimlich maneuver while babysitting a 4-year-old who attempted to swallow an object.) I enjoy working with children of all ages and have had a variety of roles over my career creating programming for children. I'm a QMHP and QDPP/QIDP. Some of my favorite weekend plans are when I host a play day with my twin 7-year-old nieces, where we make cooking videos, write silly songs, do arts and crafts projects, play games, and explore the world with curiosity and whimsy. Wonderful experience! She watched my daughter who is 2 and did an amazing job keeping her engaged with fun activities. My daughter had a great time and was well cared for the entire time.
