About Katherine

Hi! I'm Katherine, a caring, patient, and responsible caregiver with experience working with children of different ages. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from San Francisco State University. My childcare experience began in high school, when I spent two years caring for children ages 4-8. I later worked as an au pair, caring for a 2-year-old girl and 6-year-old twins. My responsibilities included school transportation, meal preparation, homework assistance, educational activities, and bedtime routines. I'm passionate about cooking, baking, and literature. I enjoy preparing healthy homemade meals, exploring creative activities, and encouraging children's curiosity through reading and play. I'm organized, dependable, and attentive to each child's individual needs. I have reliable transportation and value open communication with parents. I believe childcare is about more than supervision-it's about helping children feel safe, understood, and encouraged to grow.
