About Katherine

Unlocking a student's unique potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. By actively listening and observing how you interact with new material, I adapt my methods--whether through visual aids, hands-on activities, or discussions--to suit your specific needs. I keep sessions engaging by connecting complex concepts to your personal interests and celebrating every small success along the way. I believe clear, open communication is essential to building the trust necessary for your academic growth. There is nothing more rewarding than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a difficult concept finally clicks. I am eager to support your success in Math, English, Science, History, or general study skills. I truly look forward to helping you reach your goals and discovering just how much you are capable of achieving.
