About Katherine

I'm currently a fifth grade teacher in the Exeter-West Greenwich Public Schools with 13 years of experience in elementary education. I began my career teaching fourth grade in the Nantucket Public School sfor four years, followed by three years in special education in the Canton Public Schools. I then returned to teaching fourth grade for three years before moving into my current fifth grade role. This range of experience has allowed me to support a wide variety of learners and adapt my teaching to meet each child's individual needs! I love working with children and am passionate about helping them build confidence, strengthen their skills, and enjoy learning. I'm looking forward to continuing that work over the summer through tutoring and supporting students in a fun, engaging, and positive environment!
