I have been in charge of taking care of my grandmother who is in the early stages of dementia. She moved in with my family when I was graduating middle school and has lived with us ever since. Most of my responsibilities included taking her to her doctor's appointments, giving her medicine and feeding her all of her meals throughout the day! I am now 21 and no longer live at home but I realized I had a passion for helping out seniors and making a positive impact on their lives!
