About Kate

I am a Physical Education professional with experience working with children of all ages. My programs are designed to support healthy physical, social, and emotional development through movement and play. For ages 2-4, I focus on sensory-motor development, balance, coordination, body awareness, and movement exploration through fun, age-appropriate activities. For ages 4-10 - gymnastics fundamentals (artistic, rhythmic, and circus skills), multi-sport activities, swimming instruction, and movement-based games that build confidence, strength, coordination, and athletic skills. For teens - sports training, conditioning, skill development, and goal-oriented coaching. For adults - fitness coaching including personalized workout plans, strength and conditioning, mobility training, flexibility, and wellness support. My goal is to help children and adults stay active, build confidence, develop healthy habits, and enjoy movement in a safe and positive environment.
