Cook a meal, pick up kids from school and help with their homework, take them to the library or any Dr. appointments, camps or sporting events or special classes or tutoring. Do light housework to keep things picked up and freshened up. Pick up dry cleaning or do some grocery shopping. I can also walk dogs, or pet/house sit. I would love taking care of your senior parents the same way.
