My experience is mainly in child care but I do have experience working with seniors. I worked at a nursing home in my teens and provided exercise and music classes for seniors as a volunteer at Desert Crest. I took care of my grandmothers and I currently take care of my own mother in her 80s. I take her grocery shopping and to her medical appointments. I also enjoy playing cards and scrabble, helping her with the computer and phone and discussing current topics. I assist her with medication management and light house cleaning. I have 20 plus years of experience with child care and social work. I have a bachelors degree in Psychology and I am a certified teacher in K-8. I have a big heart and I am patient and kind.
