Hi families! My name is Karen, and I have over 3 years of experience working with infants and toddlers in Early Childhood Education. I hold a CDA credential and am trained in First Aid. I am a patient, loving, and dependable caregiver who truly enjoys helping children learn, explore, and reach important developmental milestones. I believe in creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to grow. I have experience with daily routines, diaper changes, feeding, potty training support, educational activities, outdoor play, and age-appropriate learning experiences.
