About Kathleen

I am a mother, grandmother, and an early childhood educator with over 20 years of experience caring for, nurturing, and educating children. My professional background includes preschool teaching, homeschooling, nanny care, tutoring, and homeschool coordination. My qualifications include Early Childhood Education coursework, 90-hour childcare training, and CPR certification and some experience with Montessori-inspired practices. My approach combines engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that support emotional, social, and intellectual development. I enjoy storytelling, nature walks, creative arts, puzzles, and imaginative play. I especially love encouraging independence, creativity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning. I value building trusting relationships with families and creating a joyful environment where children feel understood and supported. I look forward to partnering with families to create a flourishing environment.
