About Kara

I am a freshman chemistry pre-med major at Xavier University of Louisiana and an aspiring Surgeon with a passion for science and helping others succeed. I tutor all levels of high school math, science, and history, breaking down complex topics into clear, manageable steps. I have taken AP Calculus AB, Pre-Calculus, Chemistry, Biology, Language, Macroeconomics, World History, African American Studies, and U. S. History, strengthening my academic foundation and teaching ability. I've worked as a camp counselor, developing patience, leadership, and strong communication skills. I love working with kids and creating a supportive learning environment. I'm creative, hardworking, and reliable. I enjoy tutoring because great mentors helped me succeed, and I want to pay that forward. I'm flexible, responsive, and skilled in communication, adaptability, and patience.
