About Casey

Hi there! I'm Casey, a UC Santa Cruz graduate with a double major in English and Art History. I love working with kids and helping them discover that learning can be fun and creative! I specialize in reading, writing, and study skills, and I enjoy helping students feel more confident about their schoolwork. Whether your child needs help writing essays, understanding stories, or organizing their ideas, I make sure each session is encouraging, positive, and tailored to their learning style. My goal is to help students build strong skills while keeping things engaging--through conversation, creative exercises, and a lot of patience. If your child could use a little extra support (and a cheerleader along the way), I'd love to help them succeed!
