About Kara Beth

Caring for children of all ages has always been a passion of mine. I currently work as a special education paraprofessional at an elementary school and am looking for a full-time nanny position starting around September first of 2026. I have experience caring for kids of all ages, especially ages 1-8. I am comfortable working with people with a variety of special needs. I love getting to plan fun activities for the kids in my care to encourage them to get off devices and explore the world around them. Some of my favorite things to do with kids are to go outside to parks or trails, explore imaginative play, or plan fun crafts for rainy days. I have a current basic life support certification (CPR) and CNA license, and can renew my first aid certification before September. I have my own car and I am comfortable driving kids to any activities they enjoy doing. I am also comfortable cooking and doing light housekeeping for the home and have done so in previous babysitting and PCA/DSP roles.
