About Kalkidane

Experience: 6 yrs

I have over six years of experience working as a teacher's assistant, tutor, and babysitter. I previously worked with an AmeriCorps program as a teacher's assistant and tutor, where I helped implement early childhood curriculum by providing individualized attention and fostering positive adult-child relationships to support preschool readiness in low-income communities. I am comfortable with pets and enjoy arts and crafts. Currently, I work as a teacher's assistant with The Tiny Scientist, where I lead fun, hands-on science activities for children.
