About Elena

Hi! I'm Elena. I'm a college student at Columbia University, but a DC native forever! I'm looking for opportunities to babysit and/or tutor wonderful families in the area. I have experience working with kids of all ages, including as a camp counselor at an Italian language camp (I grew up in Italy!), where I encouraged kids ages 1-8 to practice Italian. I also served as a teacher assistant for a weekly class of ages 2-5 throughout my senior year of high school in Bethesda. Additionally, I have tutored high school students in both math and English. I'm responsible, energetic, and love creating a fun, engaging environment for kids. As a former high school dance team captain and current college dance team member, I enjoy keeping children active, creative, and having fun! Feel free to reach out.
