About Kaitlyn

I have been babysitting and nannying since I was 15 years old. In my early 20s, I began working as an educational assistant for students per their IEP. Currently, I work for a school district as behavioral support for students with severe behavioral, medical, or sensory needs. I have my RBT certificate and I am working on my Bachelors at PSU as I continue to work towards a Masters in SPED teaching. I have worked with people of all ages and abilities / needs. I am looking to work a few days after work and I'm willing to work more during school breaks! I'd describe my personality as patient, flexible, and kind. I like working with kids because I'm able to match their energy and meet them where they're at. I like being a constant and stable energy in my time with and I aim to make strong connections. In my spare time, I like to bake, cook, watch movies at local theaters, spend time with my dog, and weight lift!
