About Josephine

I've worked with children and young adults for over four years in schools, clinics, and in-home settings. I'm a Certified Behavioral Therapist with experience in ABA therapy and have worked closely with children and teens with autism, behavioral needs, developmental disabilities, and high-support needs. Most of my experience has been with clients who need extra patience, structure, emotional support, or behavioral intervention. I've worked with ages ranging from infants to young adults and am comfortable adapting to different personalities, routines, communication styles, and support levels. I'm CPI, UKERU, CPR, and AED certified. More than anything, I genuinely care about creating an environment where kids feel safe, understood, and comfortable being themselves.
