We hired Kat under some pretty tight timelines and honestly feel like all the chaos that led us to her was meant to be. Could not be more grateful we found her as we were trying to find the right fit to watch our twins and toddler who were all under 3 at the time. Any family who hires Kat would be absolutely thrilled and so lucky to have her. She was always on time/early, took initiative to help us find routines for kids as we ourselves were adjusting to twins, comfortable enforcing our rules, and just so good with our kids and communicating. She helped with minor meal prep and driving our kids to different activities. My kids quickly grew to love her and get attached and still talk about her even though we had to part ways a year ago. It felt like she became extended family and we talk about her all the time, still visit and invite her to the kids birthdays. Couldn’t have been happier with her watching our kids.
